Returns and Exchanges
All return packages must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped from us.
Items returned must be in original condition with receipt and tags, and must be returned with a completed Return/Exchange form.
Please allow one week (5 business days) for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.
Refunds can be issued to your original payment method only or exchanged for an online store credit.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.
***Any purchases from our sale category are considered to be final sales. You cannot return, refund, or exchange these items.***
***We can only offer store credit for designer jewelry items, including Love Poppy and Kristalize.***
How to make a return or exchange:
|1) Send an email to email@example.com, with "Return/Exchange" in the subject line.|
|2) Receive a Return/Exchange form and return label from us. (We only supply return labels if the items you received are damaged or if we shipped you the incorrect items. Otherwise you are responsible to take care of the return shipping cost.)|
3) Pack your items, including your Return/Exchange form, and mail them to us at: Attn: Returns/Exchanges, 3800 Sollie Road, Mobile, Alabama 36619.
|4) Receive a refund upon the delivery (shipping is non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item or we made a shipping error).|
